William "Jack" Hanson is a 2019 SS/3B with a 6-1 175 lb. frame from Woodland, CA who attends Woodland HS. Nice athletic build with plenty of room to get stronger. Right handed hitter, hits from a spread and open stance with a limited shift into contact, very simple and easy to time swing approach, short middle of the field high contact swing, handles the barrel well. 7.35 runner, long actions in the infield with an over the top arm slot, gets some carry on his throws, sound fundamental footwork, third base is his best future position. Good student.
