Jonathan Isbell is a 2020 RHP/1B with a 6-3 185 lb. frame from Spring, TX who attends Klein Collins. Large frame with athletic, projectable build; ran 60 yard dash in 7.41 seconds. Primary righthanded pitcher, alternates between submarine and more traditional three quarters slot, lacks deception, works from the stretch, submarine fastball worked low-70's with some sink to it, creates a little angle from three quarters slot, good life to fastball, flashes slider in mid-60's. Graded out better positionally/offensively, spreads and crouches into load at the plate, low toe tap trigger with hands firing low, pulls the ball aggressively with jump off the barrel and projectable power. Worked out at first base, solid athleticism off of and on the bag, fields cleanly, clocked up to 75 mph on throws.
