Zach Zarko is a 2021 SS/RHP/IF with a 5-8 150 lb. frame from Hurst, TX who attends L.D. Bell. Compact athletic build, quick twitch live bodied athlete with some strength. Listed as a switch-hitter but only hit right handed in batting practice, has a well timed swing with full effort and energy, creates bat speed, full body swing, has barrel to ball skills despite the energy in his swing and squared the ball up well with some jump. 6.71 runner, has quick feet defensively and moves well side to side, has a quick arm with some arm strength, athletic tools to stay in the middle infield as he develops. Will learn to funnel his energy on the field into more consistent execution with repetitions and time but the tools are there. Good student. Named to the National Underclass South Top Prospect List.
