Jordan Ridgeway is a 2020 SS/2B with a 5-7 170 lb. frame from Sylacauga, AL who attends Sylacauga HS. Recorded a 7.14 second 60-yard dash time. Medium frame with some strength through the lower half and room for additional physicality. Primary shortstop who sits back on the ball and rounds it nicely. Short, sure steps to the ball and funnels well into the body up the middle. Athleticism shows on plays to either side with arm strength recorded up to 80 mph. Lefthanded hitter with a slightly open stance. Very quick hands through the swing path and is able to generate barrel whip effectively. Drifts into the load and goes to all fields nicely. Present bat speed from and up the middle approach and can keep his hands over the inside nicely while still getting the barrel head out.
