Kevin Kell is a 2022 RHP/1B, 3B with a 6-2 205 lb. frame from Blue Bell, PA who attends La Salle College. Recorded a 5.25 second forty-yard dash. Primary right handed pitcher with a tall, lean, and projectable frame. He moves from a full windup with a short side step into a high well-balanced leg lift as he loads the backside well. Kell has good lateral movement to the plate with a good extension and explosion out of a high three-quarter arm slot. He has great downhill action on his fastball that has heavy and late life with arm side run topping 87 mph. Kell also mixes in a wipeout slider with great depth out of the same arm slot as his fastball. Also taking ground balls in the infield showcasing good arm strength throwing 84 mph across the diamond. The right handed hitter steps to the plate with an even, slightly closed off stance, high hands, and a high back elbow. He has a short leg lift trigger, pulls the hands in with good barrel control, and works the ball to pull side. Named to the Northeast Indoor Top Prospect List. Excellent student.
