Rafael Vidal Jr. is a 2022 OF/RHP with a 5-8 140 lb. frame from Vacaville, CA who attends Vacaville. Slender young build. Right handed hitter, hits from an upright narrow stance and a deep hand load, swings hard and creates good bat speed for his size and age, quick hands, pulled the ball hard in games and found the barrel well. 7.26 runner, has a good exchange and release in the outfield, makes accurate throws, has solid fundamentals with developing arm strength. Also pitched, extended 3/4's arm slot, tends to pull off early with his front side, fastball topped out at 75 mph. Offense is his best present tool/skill. Excellent student.
