Scotty Carter is a 2022 SS/ with a 5-7 132 lb. frame from Clarksville, TN who attends Clarksville. Lean compact build. Ran a 7.35 second sixty-yard dash. Showed aggressive actions with out front funnels going to and through the ball in the infield. Flashed smooth hands with good exchanges into throws from a three quarter slot. Displayed good arm strength with on base accuracy topping out at 73 miles per hour across the infield. Showed the ability to be accurate from multiple arm angles in the infield. Right handed hitter. Utilizes a slightly open bent knee stance with a small toe tap trigger into weight shift. Employs a up the middle to opposite field line drive approach. Showed very good extension through the ball. Flashed good barrel control with consistent solid contact throughout batting practice.
