Cameron Powell is a 2020 OF with a 6-1 165 lb. frame from Hazelwood, MO who attends Christian Brothers College HS. Long limbed young build, projectable with lots of room to get stronger. 6.82 runner, moves well to the ball in the outfield with athletic actions, soft glove at the ball and picks the ball up cleanly, throwing fundamentals still developing. Right handed hitter, upright narrow stance with a large leg lift trigger, is heavy onto his front side into his swing, loose extended swing with some lift out front, has good bat speed when his foot gets down on time and the ball comes off the barrel well, projectable hitting tools with adjustments and physical maturity. Good student.
