Alexander Cornielle Olivio is a 2017 SS/RHP with a 6-2 175 lb. frame from Santo Domingo, SD who attends Cenepac. Lean square shouldered young build, lots of physical projection remaining. 7.41 runner, has sound footwork and soft hands at the ball, throws from a lower slot and throws tend to sail, shows his actions and glove skills well. Right handed hitter, gets coiled with a hip turn and big barrel wrap, uncoils into contact and creates some bat speed, gets extended through the ball, will get off balance and timing with his multi-part load, can elevate and drive the ball when he's in sync. Young player still growing into his body but has some tools to develop.
