Fox Locke is a 2020 2B/SS with a 5-11 170 lb. frame from Shreveport, LA who attends Calvary Baptist Academy. Medium frame with a lean, athletic build. Frame projects to support additional strength. Ran a 7.04 sixty-yard dash. Primary second baseman with clean footwork while rounding and working through the baseball Funnels out front and created good momentum towards the bag while working through exchange. Released from a three-quarters slot generating accurate, stiff carry to the bag at 85 mph. Switch hitter with a spread, slightly open stance from each side of the plate. Showed a clean, line drive barrel plane to the contact with a balanced approach. Displayed more bat speed with present raw power from the left side of the plate. Showed the ability to drive the ball through the gaps with authority when on time and squared from the left side. Also pitched showing a simple side step to medium leg lift. Stays balanced throughout delivery. Compact arm circle and released from a three-quarters slot. Fastball topped at 83 mph creating good downhill plane. Curveball showed 11/5 shape with tight spin and later depth. Good student. Named to 2019 National Academic Showcase, Top Prospect List.
