Nate Ross is a 2021 SS/RHP, 2B, 3B with a 5-10 140 lb. frame from Las Vegas, NV who attends Faith Lutheran. Medium frame with slender, projectable build; ran 60 yard dash in 7.55 seconds. Shifts weight into swing well when hitting, flat path through zone that will get downhill at times, drifts onto front side at times, longer stride, shows solid barrel skills when on time, whole-field approach. Worked out in the infield, fields deep between feet, elongated windup into release across the diamond, clocked up to 75 mph. Also pitched, drop and drive delivery with methodical pace, uses lower half well, very tight and compact arm stroke to three quarters slot, fastball worked 70-72 mph, worked in sweeper curveball as well. Very good student.
