Jake Taylor is a 2022 OF/RHP/1B with a 6-6 215 lb. frame from Canton, MI who attends Plymouth. Ran a 7.57 second 60-yard dash. Very large frame with room to add strength throughout. Primary outfielder, worked out in the outfield long and deliberate actions, stays clean through the ball and shows good carry to throws on a higher line. Also worked out at first base with solid fundamental actions, has some length to turns but operates easy and uses arm strength from different arm angles. Righthanded hitter, sets up balanced in the lower half with a wide base, uses a longer swing path on a line drive plane to generate good impact off the barrel and some carry to pull when he gets it. Very good student.
