Giorgio Zambrano is a 2021 RHP/3B with a 6-0 215 lb. frame from Boca Raton, FL who attends Elev8 Sports Institute. Thick young build. Simple side step delivery with good direction and some drop and drive to the plate, 3/4's arm slot, mechanics work well and are repeatable. Fastball topped out at 75 mph, mostly straight with occasional cutting action, best fastballs from the stretch. Tends to slow arm on his curveball with soft spin, threw one slider and it was tight and he should throw more. Developing change up. Right handed hitter, gets loaded on his back side well, long and strong swing with the ability to impact and drive the ball on his pitch. Good student.
