Grayson Myrick is a 2022 RHP/1B/3B with a 5-11 205 lb. frame from Greenville, NC who attends Junius H Rose. Medium to somewhat Larger frame with a stocky, thick build. Ran a 7.74 second sixty yard dash. Primary Righthanded pitcher starting from a high leg kick and drive. Flexible, smooth mechanics proving to be repeatable. Hides the baseball well behind his three-quarter slot. Fastball up to 80 MPH with some arm side run as he filled up the strikezone with it. Landed a slurvy curveball for strikes as well. Great pitch-ability as he missed barrels and flashed great feel for the zone. Projectable tool set with a lot to like. Secondary Firstbaseman showing clean footwork, working well into and around the baseball. Funnels the baseball well and then shows a quick release. Arm accurate with some whip to it. Secondary Thirdbaseman sitting back on the baseball a bit before working into it. Fields it and then stands up a bit before releasing in a hurry. Somewhat inaccurate with throws. Projects well as a corner infielder type. Righthanded hitter starting from an open stance before utilizing an only upper half type swing. Short and simple swing showing a short to it, long through it look. Very strong hands creating loud contact when he finds the barrel. Hammered a ground rule double in game that jumped off the barrel.
