Paul Hassel is a 2022 3B/RHP, 1B, 3B with a 5-11 165 lb. frame from Milton, GA who attends Rivers Academy. Recorded an 8.08 second 60-yard dash time. Large frame with broad shoulders and plenty of room for additional physical projection. Primary third baseman with short steps to the ball. Quick transfer and gets on top of the ball well. Longer strides up the middle from a three-quarters arm slot release. Secondary righthanded pitcher who throws exclusively from the stretch. High leg lift above the belt and tries to hide the ball. Longer arm stroke with a higher three-quarters arm slot. Natural cut running inside to lefties. Righthanded hitter with a crouched, even stance. Short and inside swing with a deeper hand load. Full path through the zone and creates some jump off the barrel. Flashes some loft at the point of contact.
