Jordan Yeager is a 2019 RHP/1B, OF with a 6-0 165 lb. frame from Hollister, CA who attends San Benito. Medium frame with square shoulders and long limbs. Ran a 7.16 second 60-yard dash. Primary righthanded pitcher with a longer side step into delivery and leg lift above the waist. Stays tall on the back side and creates some drive down the mound. Full hand path in the back into a high three-quarters release. Gets on top of the ball well creating some plane as well as occasional cut on the fastball topping out at 82 miles per hour. Will throw a fastball with two seam action and run it in on the hands. Attacked early with fastball and used a curveball and changeup combination later in counts. Secondary outfielder with short and choppy steps to the ball. Long arm action in the back with a clean release. Has some carry out of the hand at 83 miles per hour. Lefthanded hitter with a wide and bent stance to start. Has some quickness in hands through a linear stroke. Works to all fields well with line drive contact. Very good student as well.
