Jackson Hutton is a 2021 RHP/3B, OF with a 5-11 170 lb. frame from Tampa, FL who attends Tampa Catholic. Medium frame with some strength present especially in his lower half and broad shoulders. Ran a 7.76 second 60 yard dash. Primary righthanded pitcher, pitches exclusively from the stretch, starts delivery with a high leg kick before driving to the plate, takes his arm back to a long arm action releasing from a sidearm slot, fastball tops out a 78 mph and has been up to 82 mph in the past, lots of life to the heater given the slot in which the ball comes from, whips arm and has deception especially to righthanded hitters, repeats release point well, mixes in a slider with tightness and depth, advanced feel for command from a deceptive arm slot. Secondary third baseman, worked out in the infield sitting back on the baseball, breaks down at gather fielding the ball out in front, actions play at a corner position. Righthanded hitter, sets up at the plate with a wide base and a high hand set, has some strength to his wrists, inside hand path to contact opening up the front side at impact, pull side approach.
