Keaton Gray is a 2020 SS/2B with a 6-0 165 lb. frame from Ankeny, IA who attends Ankeny Centennial. Athletic frame with a lean build. Primary shortstop with clean footwork while traveling to and working through the baseball. Stays low while funneling and worked through exchange well. Showed the ability to throw with accuracy across the infield topping at 81 miles per hour. Right handed hitter with a spread, balanced stance and leg lift trigger. Works to contact with rotational lower half actions. Swings with intent on a naturally leveraged barrel plane. Consistently looked to throw bat head to contact and drive the ball to the middle of the field and pull side gap. Good student as well.
