Qynton Davis is a 2018 OF with a 5-10 165 lb. frame from Canton, MI who attends Plymouth HS. Medium athletic build with some strength projection left. 7.09 runner, moves to the ball well in the outfield and has energy through pick up, has raw arm strength and carry but low arm slot tends to cause throws to sail. Right handed hitter, hits from a straight stance with a low hand load, short and quick swing, line drive stroke with some bat speed and ability to get the ball to jump, has good twitch in his hands and makes square contact to the middle of the field, high average approach. Good student.
