Ryusei Hando is a 2018 IF with a 5-7 168 lb. frame from Sanda, HG who attends Nigawa Gakuin HS. Small, slender build. 7.44 runner. Has very smooth actions at second base with soft quick hands and very good balance, sidearm/submarine arm slot with a quick release and good accuracy, charges the ball well, makes the plays cleanly. Right handed hitter, very high hand set up with a big leg lift trigger, open front side with a rotational upper body swing, mostly opposite field contact with a lagging barrel, handles the barrel well.
