Aman Khera is a 2020 RHP/2B, SS, MIF, IF, UT with a 5-11 150 lb. frame from Newark, CA who attends Newark Memorial. Medium build, primary pitcher. Has some quickness on the mound, and works exclusively out of the stretch. Uses a long and methodical leg lift with a whippy long arm action. Fastball sits 75-to-80 mph with some natural arm side run. Best pitch is the changeup that he turns over and finds solid run. Good arm action on the pitch, fools hitters. Fills up the zone well and uses the defense behind him. In the infield, has solid glove work and meticulously reads hops. Accurate throws across the diamond with solid range to either side. At the plate, uses a simple leg lift trigger with a middle of the field approach. Hands lead the swing. Works to keep hands inside the baseball. Excellent student with a 4.2 GPA.
