Gabriel Sepulveda is a 2020 3B/RHP/1B with a 5-11 225 lb. frame from Conroe, TX who attends Conroe. Large frame with physical, strong build; ran 60 yard dash in 7.25 seconds. Switch-hitter who graded out significantly better from the right side in this event, looseness to right-handed stroke with lots of bat speed and impact, gets hips involved and drives through contact, can loft the ball deep, has serious right-handed power. More of an inside path from the left side, stays short to the ball, more of an opposite-field approach with some contact skills. Primary infielder, good hands at the ball, profiles well at an infield corner spot, can sweep the glove cleanly, good balance, clocked up to 84 mph across the diamond. Also took outfield reps, comes in on the ball and shows balance, clean at the ball and works through into quick release, clocked up to 86 mph. Very good student.
