Justin Tilley is a 2020 OF/LHP with a 5-7 130 lb. frame from Cordova, TN who attends Germantown HS. Small build, compact and young frame with plenty of growing still left to do. Ran a 7.60 60 yard dash. Primary outfielder, attacks the baseball, should develop a cleaner crow hop gaining ground to the point of release to add effectiveness of throws, developing arm strength that will get stronger with maturity and growth. Also pitched, big rocker step into deliberate crossfire delivery, should implement the lower half more for increased velocity, long arm action that wraps through the back to a high 3/4 arm slot, fastball showed sinking action, mixed in a 1-to-7 curveball with depth, threw strikes effectively creating weak contact. Lefthanded hitter, good weight transfer into load, would like to see strength added to help produce harder contact, high finish to swing. Good student.
