Richie White is a 2020 C/OF with a 5-10 190 lb. frame from North Augusta, SC who attends Fox Creek Charter. Medium and stocky frame, some present strength to his build with time to fill out more moving froward. Ran an 8.01 second 60 yard dash. Primary catcher, two-pieced mechanics, could work on gaining more ground towards target, developing exchange from glove to hand, could be quicker and more controlled for better results on throw downs, long release, accurate throw with developing arm strength, 2.51 second best pop time. Righthanded hitter, drifty stride into contact, tight hands to body, slightly wrapped, could be more balanced in the swing, inside hand path to the baseball, cuts himself off in the swing, developing barrel skills. Great student.
