Nicholas Neighbours is a 2021 RHP/IF with a 6-2 165 lb. frame from Nashville, TN who attends Martin Luther King Jr Magnet Pearl. Large and lean frame with good size and projection. Ran a 7.51 second 60 yard dash. Primary right-handed pitcher, starts his delivery with a turn step up to a belt high leg lift, compact arm action at take back up to a high 3/4 arm slot release, simple and efficient delivery with good extension out in front. Fastball topped out at 81 mph with good life frequently to the pitch, good slider with biting action, flashed a changeup too, arm speed projects and he fills up the zone with a three pitch offering. Secondary infielder, developing hands with a long arm action and average arm strength in the infield. Right-handed hitter, open stance, active load, creates separation and gets level with his barrel plane through the zone, can go gap to gap with his approach. Good student.
