Nick Jordan is a 2019 2B/RHP, 3B with a 5-8 155 lb. frame from Choctaw, OK who attends Choctaw HS. Athletic frame with a lean overall build and plenty of room to fill. PRimary second baseman with short and quick movements to the ball. Shorter arm action on throws with currently developing arm strength. Righthanded hitter with a spread open stance and good balance. Ability to drive the ball to all fields from a mostly pull side approach. Hands move quickly to the ball from a direct overall path. Repeats well and showed good awareness of the barrel of the bat. Line drive swing plane with the majority of the contact being line drives. Very simple leg lift trigger that makes the swing easy to repeat and very simple to contact. Good student.
