Reid Pollard is a 2021 SS/3B with a 5-9 155 lb. frame from Buna, TX who attends Buna HS. Recorded a 7.69 second 60-yard dash time. Medium frame with an athletic build and room to project physically. Primary shortstop who fields out in front with two hands. Smooth transition to the throwing hand with a compact arm stroke. Hands work well to the backhand with arm strength recorded up to 73 mph. Righthanded hitter with a narrow base and upper half dominant swing. Stays tall throughout the swing with a high hand set and a high back elbow. Upright and open stance and is looking to launch the ball into the air. Has strength off the barrel with an uphill swing plane. Good student.
