Michael Storti is a 2022 C/1B, 3B with a 6-0 185 lb. frame from Philadelphia, PA who attends St. Joseph's Prep. Recorded a 8.10 second sixty-yard dash time. Medium frame with some present lower half strength and time to physically mature. Primary catcher, developing defensive skill set, high side-saddle stance, gains ground towards target and lower mid-line exchange. Displayed developing arm strength up to 71 mph from behind the plate in drills. Right-handed hitter that hits from a narrow, even based stance with an exaggerated low hand set and toe-tap trigger for timing. Pull-side approach with rotational lower half mechanics, upward swing path and developing feel for the barrel. Leveraged stroke with power potential to the left centerfield gap when on time and able to extend. Will continue to improve with proper swing adjustments and additional strength. Good Student.
