Tripp Hare is a 2021 3B/RHP, OF with a 5-10 165 lb. frame from The Colony, TX who attends Prestonwood Christian Academy. Lean build with plenty of room to fill out and continue to add strength to the frame. Primary third baseman with quick feet. Developing arm strength with advanced feel for the position. Secondary righthanded pitcher who worked primarily from the stretch with a belt high leg lift. Shorter arm circle and path with a lower three-wuarter arm slot. Worked consistently in the bottom half of the strike zone. Good job staying directional to the plate on extension down the mound. Lefthanded hitter with a crouched, even stance. High hand set and high back elbow with a simple trigger into the swing. Line drive swing plane with an up the middle and pull side approach. Looks to pull the ball and generates some rhythm and extension out in front. Hits the ball well out in front. Great student.
