Isaac Terrazas is a 2021 OF/C, IF with a 5-7 145 lb. frame from Downey, CA who attends Warren. Young and athletic frame. Ran a 7.41 second sixty-yard dash. Athletic actions in the outfield, moving well laterally and making accurate throws to bases. Developing feel for the position with a short and quick arm action up to 79 miles per hour. Quick feet and a good glove, showing the same athleticism in the infield. Shows some present arm strength at 79 miles per hour, still developing accuracy across the diamond from multiple arm slots. Slightly crouched and even stance at the plate with a medium leg lift trigger and rotational lower half. Stays on back side throughout the swing with an inside hand path to contact that gets long at times when working to pitches on the outer half. Line drive barrel plane with developing bat speed and strength to go with a middle of the field to opposite field approach. Shows good effort in game action, highlighted by a hard first step out of the box for an infield single.
