Primo Vasquez is a 2020 2B/SS/OF with a 5-10 171 lb. frame from El Paso, TX who attends Montwood. Medium athletic build, some strength with more to come. Right handed hitter, hits from a narrow stance with a tight hand load, leans over the plate with his upper body, short and quick hands are well timed and inside the ball, middle of the field line drive approach, very consistent barrel contact, high average approach executed well. 7.63 runner, plays tall in the infield and tends to bend at the waist to field balls, over the top arm action, makes accurate throws. Bat is his best tool. Very good student.
