2021 WWBA Workout Showcase (July 14)
Logan Duffner is a 2022 SS/RHP, 2B, MIF, IF, OF with a 5-11 192 lb. frame from Pinson, AL who attends Mortimer Jordan. Recorded a 6.85 second sixty-yard dash time. Medium frame with present strength throughout. Primary infielder with good approach angles into the fielding process, clean funnel out in front and some lateral range to both sides. Displayed ability to change arm angles when necessary and recorded arm strength up to 79 mph across the diamond. Right-handed hitter that hits from a wide base with a deep hand set, high back elbow and toe-tap trigger. Incorporates rotational lower half mechanics and slight forward drift into contact, maintaining posture into launch effectively. Pullside approach with intent to to lift out in front. Developing bat-to-ball skills with some feel for the barrel and impact when on-time. Will continue to improve with proper swing adjustments and additional strength. Excellent Student.
