Bo Jonas is a 2024 C/RHP, 1B, 3B with a 5-10 175 lb. frame from Kansas City, MO who attends Liberty North. Medium, athletic frame with square shoulders and present physical strength proportioned well throughout frame. Ran a 7.60 60-yard dash. Primary catcher, smooth actions behind the plate with quick footwork to gain ground towards second base, quick exchange with solid arm strength and carry on throws, repeats actions as well. Also pitched and shows potential on the mound, utilizes lower half well, shorter/online stride down the mound; quick and compact arm action working to a high three-quarters release point. Worked the lower third of strike zone well, fastball topped out at 86 mph, true in life and mixed a tight curveball up to 72 mph with sharpness to it. Righthanded hitter, begins with an even stance and a high hand set and back elbow at the plate; loads weight onto backside and swings with intent. Timing components to swing, stays short to the ball and has strength in hands, creates lift to path and generates best contact when extended out front. Two-way prospect to monitor moving forward.
