Thomas Joseph is a 2021 OF/1B with a 6-3 200 lb. frame from Lothian, MD who attends Archbishop Spalding HS. Recorded a 5.37 second 40-yard dash time. Large frame with long limbs and plenty of room for additional physical projection. Primary outfielder with deliberate paced actions and arm strength recorded up to 77 mph. Big crow hop and fires from an over the top arm slot. Short, sure steps into the ball and can improve by keeping throws lower to the ground. Righthanded hitter with a wide base, balanced stance, high hand set, and a high back elbow. Inward double toe tap into the stride. Upper half dominant swing and creates some raw bat speed. Best contact came when hands were extended and could do that with looser actions in the box. Good student.
