Braden Hoffman is a 2022 OF with a 6-0 165 lb. frame from Lawrence, KS who attends Lawrence. Athletic build with present strength and room to fill out. Ran a 7.15 second sixty-yard dash. Worked out defensively as a primary outfielder. Flashed deliberate actions working to and through the baseball. Displayed clean glove actions while working through the baseball fielding to the side. Showed clean transfers into throws with good arm strength and accurate carry to the bases topping out at 76 mph from the outfield. Right handed hitter. Employs an even stance with a short leg lift trigger. Flashed a line drive barrel plane through the zone. Showed the ability to create loud line drive and fly ball contact to the pull side when on time and squared. Great student.
