Felix Marquez is a 2020 OF/2B, 3B with a 5-8 170 lb. frame from Eglin, FL who attends Niceville Senior. Small and sturdy frame with some strength present. Ran a 7.03 second 60 yard dash. Primary outfielder, works around the baseball and fields it with a two handed reception, comes through it with a crow hop at release, average arm strength that topped out at 79 mph from the outfield. Secondary second baseman, worked out in the infield while sitting back on the baseball, young footwork coming through and attacking the ball, compact arm action and tight release, topped out at 77 mph across the diamond. Righthanded hitter, sets up at the plate with an even base and slightly crouched stance, takes a long stride into contact while hitting the ball out in front, all fields approach with a young barrel feel. Good student.
