James DuBose is a 2023 OF/MIF with a 5-9 155 lb. frame from Sharpsburg, GA who attends Northgate. Slender young build with lots of room to get stronger. Right handed hitter, has a very short swing approach, swings hard and with intent, tends to drift into load and leave himself late at times, gets some separation out front, aggressive hitter, will continue to improve as a hitter with better timing and additional strength. 7.32 runner in the sixty. Was aggressive through the ball in the outfield and showed good lower half actions and fundamentals, long and loose arm action with developing arm strength. Good student.
