Carter Finnell is a 2025 SS/RHP/2B with a 5-10 142 lb. frame from Lake Wales, FL who attends Lake Wales High School. Slender young build with lots of room to get stronger. 7.10 runner in the sixty. Primary middle infielder on defense, moves well with some lower half quickness, long two-part arm action lengthens his release, has some young carry on his throws. Also worked out in the outfield. Right handed hitter, hits from a straight stance and moves well into contact, swings hard, has head movement in his swing that impacts his consistency, bat speed will continue to improve as he gets stronger. Also pitched, short side step delivery, compact arm action in back. Did a good job of throwing strikes with a mid-70's fastball with some sink at the plate, also threw a 11/5 curveball. Excellent student.
