Blake Rottino is a 2020 RHP/3B with a 6-1 185 lb. frame from Houston, TX who attends Memorial HS. Big athletic build, has plenty of room to get stronger. Well paced delivery with some effort at release and will rush at times, high 3/4's arm slot with a long loose arm action, finishes on line with good extension on release. Upper 70's fastball, topped out at 80 mph, mostly straight, throws his fastball for strikes and challenges hitters. Change up was his best secondary pitch this outing, had feel for throwing strikes and it showed nice sink at times. Soft curveball with a short slider like late break. Good student.
