Adrian Verduzco is a 2021 SS/RHP, 2B with a 5-11 150 lb. frame from West Covina, CA who attends South Hills HS. Recorded a 7.15 second 60-yard dash time. Medium frame and build with room to fill out. Primary shortstop with a whippy arm stroke and good arm strength across up to 85 mph. Rounds the ball well and has clean actions to either side. Lowers arm slot with intent on the run. Moves well and has very soft hands too. Secondary righthanded pitcher with good arm speed. Attacks with fastballs and was recorded up to 83 mph. Flashed a curveball with 10/5 shape and break. Righthanded hitter with a slightly crouched, even stance. Leg lift trigger into his linear shift. Clean hand path with a naturally lofted barrel plane. Flashed some bat speed through extension and works to the middle of the field and pull side. Looks to lift the ball effectively and the power will come with additional strength. Good student. Named to the 2018 West Academic Top Prospect List.
