Michael Franks is a 2019 OF/RHP with a 6-1 160 lb. frame from Mohnton, PA who attends Governor Mifflin HS. Tall and lean frame with present athleticism and a lot of room to fill out and add strength. Recorded a 4.90 40-yard dash. Primary outfielder who throws from a full arm circle and the arm was slightly rigid. Gets on top of his throws well and maintains momentum through the delivery of the throw. Showed clean transfers and had quick footwork directly to the ball. Open stance at the plate with a swing that stayed through the hitting zone. Had a line drive approach at the plate and showed the ability to spray line drives across the field. Great student.
