Brandon Delgado is a 2021 RHP/3B with a 5-11 160 lb. frame from Moreno Valley, CA who attends Martin Luther King. Primary right-handed pitcher with a tall, slender frame. Long, loose arm action with an over the top slot. Has good balance at leg lift, creating good linear direction down the mound with some present extension over the front side. Front side opens early at times and throws with high intensity. Shows the ability to throw consistent strikes. Shows the ability to throw the fastball low in the zone to both sides of the plate at 81-to-83 miles per hour, mixing well with a developing curveball at 67 miles per hour. Secondary third baseman with developing footwork and range. Shows better range and actions to the glove side, flashes the ability to throw from multiple slots up to 81 miles per hour. Upright, slightly open stance at the plate with a simple leg lift trigger and rotational lower half. Loose, extended hand path with a sweeping line drive plane. Casts hands at times, and has a simple middle of the field approach that is conducive to a lot of line drives. Squares up the ball with consistency.
