Yavier Febus is a 2018 RHP with a 5-10 158 lb. frame from Bayamon, PR who attends Abbeville. Medium build with some present strength. Full side step delivery, compact arm action with a tight 3/4's arm slot, arm works well and has some quickness, will open his lower half early and spin off at times. Fastball topped out at 81 mph, gets some cutting action glove side and will ride up and in arm side. Has good feel for his curveball and throws it for strikes, sequences well with his curveball and got many outs with it. Threw lots of strikes and had a good outing.
