Davis Livingston is a 2020 SS/RHP, 3B, OF with a 5-11 150 lb. frame from Columbus, GA who attends Columbus. Medium build, lean and wiry frame with room to fill. Ran a 7.71 60 yard dash. Primary shortstop, moves well to the baseball, fundamentally sound actions, developing soft hands that will get better with growth and maturity, loose arm into throws with average arm strength. Also pitched, short rocker step to high leg kick, gathers at balance point and stays tall on back side, quick and tight arm action to an extended 3/4 arm slot, crossfire delivery, carries weight and momentum to the plate after release, hides ball well. Fastball shows good arm side run, creates some plane when down in the zone but flattens out when left up, mixed in a good changeup with fading action and maintained arm speed. Righthanded hitter, upright and open stance, high hand set with a high back elbow, big leg lift trigger, rotational lower half, loose and extended hand path to baseball, line drive barrel plane, middle of the field approach, worked to the opposite field gap. Good student.
