Haden Blanks is a 2022 3B/RHP with a 6-3 160 lb. frame from Roxboro, NC who attends Roxboro Community. Long and lean build with lots of room to get stronger. Right handed hitter, starts from a very deep hand load that creates length in his swing, works mostly middle of the field and back side with a line drive swing plane. 8.24 runner, step to step defender with sound fundamentals, sees the ball into his glove well with soft hands, showed the ability to change his arm slot well and make accurate throws with developing arm strength. Showed better arm strength on the mound, fastball was in the upper 70's from a high leg lift delivery, showed good feel for throwing strikes with his fastball. Excellent student.
