Aldrich Aurelio is a 2018 LHP/OF with a 5-11 155 lb. frame from Bellevue, WA who attends Bellevue HS. Slender young build, lots of room to get stronger. Long and loose arm action, showed good balance and direction in his delivery, high 3/4's arm slot with some downhill plane. Mid-70's fastball, topped out at 76 mph, had good arm side running life. Flashed depth on his curveball when on top of it, has confidence in his curveball and used it often. Good sink on his change up. 7.32 runner, arm worked well from the outfield, very accurate throws with projection in his arm, outfield arm strength bodes well for improved velocity on the mound. Left handed hitter, open to straight stance, short inside hand path with an opposite to mid field approach, executed his swing well and made solid contact, high average approach. Graded out better as a position player at this event. Good student.
