Jaylon Proctor is a 2018 OF/RHP with a 5-11 180 lb. frame from Federal Way, WA who attends Technology Access Foundation. Medium athletic build, some present strength with room for more. Right handed hitter, limited shift into contact, stays on his back side, exaggerated short swing with limited hand separation and extension, shows raw bat speed that can be improved with a looser more extended swing, has hitting potential with adjustments. 6.99 runner, moves well defensively and has sound fundamentals, charges and works through the ball well, throws have some carry when he gets on top of the ball. Also pitched, high takeaway in back, closed landing out front with a cross fire effect on release, mostly 3/4's on release but will drop lower at times. Fastball topped out at 80 mph, works mostly arm side with occasional running action. Has a chance to develop with adjustments with the bat.
