Kennesaw Steinberg is a 2020 RHP/3B/OF with a 5-11 165 lb. frame from Thousand Oaks, CA who attends Westlake HS. Medium athletic build, has some beginning present strength with more to come. High leg lift delivery with a full arm action in back, shows the ball in back, works out of the stretch, has good arm speed, some effort at release. Fastball topped out at 82 mph, gets good sinking life down in the zone, maintained velocity well, threw strikes with his fastball and worked ahead in counts. Has good shape and hand speed on his curveball, gets downer depth with good consistent feel for locating the pitch. Right handed hitter, has some quickness to his hands, short inside swing with line drive contact to all fields. 7.09 runner, athletic actions in the infield on defense especially charging the ball, also plays the outfield. Good athlete who should continue to improve in all areas. Good student.
