Theodore Colgan is a 2018 SS/2B with a 6-0 165 lb. frame from Bainbridge Island, WA who attends Bainbridge HS. Slender young build, lots of room to get stronger. Left handed hitter, straight stance, gets to his front side early with a simple and quick load, short swing, gets the barrel out early and handles the barrel well, pull to mid field contact, swung the bat well in games with solid line drive contact. 7.51 runner, gets good reads on the bases and has baseball instincts. Steady fielder in the games, made the routine plays with good body control and footwork leading to accurate throws, arm strength still developing Improvement will go hand in hand with additional strength. Good student.
