Tanner Cotton is a 2022 RHP/1B, 3B with a 6-1 200 lb. frame from Cataula, GA who attends Harris County. Showcased a medium to large frame with a stocky build. Strong lower half. Ran a 8.26 second sixty yard dash. Primary Righthanded pitcher starting square to the plate before working into a belt high leg lift and drive. Keeps weight on back leg with shoulder turn before opening up throwing across his body. Over the top arm action with good feel for the zone working both sides of the plate. Secondary Corner Infielder showing a bend at waist type gather out front. Quick first step with feet underneath him. Arm showing to be accurate. Righthanded hitter starting from a spread out, relaxed look. Throwing hands at the baseball with a linear swing path. Big leg kick and stride. Showed some bat speed with some pull side pop as well. Good feel for the barrel as well with a projectable make up in the box. Outstanding Student.
